· The automatic feeding part of the tissue paper.
· Hot melt glue automatic circulation, mixing and gluing system. (Optional glue concentration automatic control device)
· The hot melt adhesive tape automatic conveying and slitting device can complete the four corners of the cardboard inner box at one time.
· There is a vacuum fan under the conveyor belt to control the glued paper without relative deviation.
· The glued surface paper and the cardboard inner box adopt a hydraulic and pneumatic correction device, which can accurately position and fit, and the fit error is ±0.5mm.
· The carton forming department automatically receives the cartons to the forming department according to the conveying situation of the cartons above the conveyor belt.
· The carton forming part has continuous operations of box feeding, hemming, folding ears and folding forming actions.
· Adopt PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracking system, touch screen man-machine interface to automate the one-time forming production process of the world cover carton.
· Automatic fault diagnosis and alarm function.
