Fast plate clamping, with pneumatic plate locking mechanism, high positioning accuracy, quick plate changing time and good die-cutting quality. Powerful and fast pneumatic clutch and brake, supplemented with punctual and reverse jog functions, make the operation more convenient and simple. It adopts high-speed and precise three-element conjugate cam intermittent indexing mechanism with accurate positioning and good self-locking performance. And choose the optimized MS variable sine curve to achieve smooth transition between dynamic and static, large transmission torque, no accumulated error of working cycle, and durable quality. The independent lubrication system of "fixed point", "timing" and "quantitative" centralized oil supply is economical and environmentally friendly. The electrical appliances of the automatic die-cutting machine use the "PLC" program control system, fault display function, video detection and delivery section, and multi-point safety protection devices to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety.
